General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a 3.5-year diploma programme in nursing. Students who want to pursue a GNM diploma can do so after passing the Science stream in class 12. The three-and-a-half-year programme includes a six-month internship requirement.
GNM diploma holders can begin their careers working at government or private hospitals and clinics.
