Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Fee Payment Policy

• Students are required to pay the course fee as per the institute’s fee structure at the time of admission or as instructed by the institute.
• All payments made to MBNS Institutes are considered final and are subject to the terms mentioned in this policy.

2. No Refund Policy

All fees paid to MBNS Institutes are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

• Admission Fees
• Registration Fees
• Course Fees
• Examination Fees
• Training Fees
• Any other charges paid to the institute

Once the payment has been successfully made, no refund request will be accepted or processed.

3. Non-Transferable Fees

Fees paid for admission or enrollment in any course are non-transferable. This means:

• Fees cannot be transferred to another student.
• Fees cannot be transferred to another course.
• Fees cannot be adjusted for future batches or programs unless approved by the institute management.

4. Course Discontinuation by Student

If a student decides to discontinue or withdraw from a course after admission, no refund of any fee paid will be provided.

5. Payment Disputes

Students are advised to carefully review the course details and fee structure before making any payment. Any disputes related to payments should be communicated to the institute administration.

6. Changes to Refund Policy
